Everyone has different heights, so ergonomic standards will vary accordingly. We hope that through our products, we can reduce the harm caused by using desktop computers. Using a monitor arm allows you to move the display to the correct position that suits your eyes, neck, and body.
The "Quick-Release VESA Plate" allows customers to quickly install and remove monitors. It can be mounted on a 75mm or 100mm VESA plate with just a few screws. Afterwards, customers can quickly remove the monitor from the arm without any tools.
We have eight different monitor arms, each with different appearance, weight/size capacity, and adjustment methods. Customers can choose based on their monitor weight. Our capacity range is 0.5kg (1.1lbs) - 15kg (33lbs). Installing a monitor lighter than the minimum limit will cause the arm to rise and stay at its highest position, while installing one heavier than the maximum limit will cause the arm to sink and stay near its lowest point. (Example: For Dragonfly series monitor arms, monitors lighter than 0.5kg (1.1lbs) will rise, while monitors heavier than 8.5kgs (19lbs) will lower). Customers can choose the appropriate monitor arm based on their monitor weight. Eastern Global Monitor Arm Weight Categories: - Dragonfly: 0.5kgs ~ 8.5kgs (1.1lbs ~ 19lbs) - Dynafly: 2.5kgs ~ 15kgs (5.5lbs ~ 33lbs) - Easyfly: 12kgs (26.4lbs) - Butterfly: 12kgs (26.4lbs) - Tool Bar System: 12kgs (26.4lbs) - Back to Back: 12kgs (26.4lbs) - Rail Stand: 12kgs (26.4lbs) - Rail System: 12kgs (26.4lbs)
The reason for not being able to fix the monitor is related to "load capacity". Simply use the included hex wrench to turn the tension control screw on the arm. Make small adjustments until you find the optimal position to keep the monitor balanced! PS. Eastern Global Dragonfly series features a "weight indicator" design, making it convenient for users to adjust the balance between the monitor and the arm. Compared to Europe, America, Japan, and Korea, the usage rate of monitor arms in Taiwan is still very low. Especially in the US market where medical costs are high, monitor arms have become standard employee welfare equipment for many medium and large enterprises. This indirectly proves that using monitor arms can reduce the potential harm caused by poor sitting posture, such as: neck and shoulder pain, vision damage, and back pain. Additional benefits include improved work efficiency and more desktop space. There are many details to understand before purchasing a monitor arm, such as: how many monitors you need to mount, how you want to arrange them (side by side or stacked), desk configuration and dimensions, and whether you need to frequently adjust monitor positions. #Part 1 Does the monitor have a VESA standard mounting interface? The VESA Association has established a globally universal mounting interface. Monitor and TV manufacturers worldwide leave 4 screw holes arranged in a square on the back of the monitor casing at the center of gravity during structural design. The most common VESA plate specifications are 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm. The quickest way to confirm if your monitor has a VESA standard mounting interface is to check if there are 4 screw holes on the back of the monitor casing. Additionally, you can search for "monitor model Ex: LG 49WL95C-WE" + "specifications" on the brand official website to confirm whether the monitor has a VESA interface. -> All Eastern Global monitor arms require a VESA interface to use. Standard VESA plates combined with our [Quick-Release Design] allow customers to save labor costs and time when installing monitors. Additionally, Eastern Global monitor arms include a [Tool Storage Kit], providing customers with the tools needed for installation without additional preparation. #Part 2 What is the weight of each monitor? What is the size of each monitor? (Applicable to those who need to use 2 or more monitors) How many monitors are you currently using? Will there be expansion needs in the future? When installing a single monitor arm, since each monitor arm has different weight limits, it is very important to consider the size and weight to choose a monitor arm that meets the standards. In addition to safety considerations and reducing unnecessary risks, it can also extend the lifespan of the monitor arm. When installing multiple monitors, you need to know clearly whether the arm length is sufficient, otherwise 2 monitors may overlap. Additionally, desk dimensions and specifications are also factors that affect the choice of monitor arm. PS. Some monitor arm arms can be purchased additionally (depending on the manufacturer) and extended on the pole, allowing monitor arm upgrades at minimal cost. -> Eastern Global has designed multiple monitor arms for monitors of different sizes and weights. Customers can choose according to their needs. In addition to common single and dual monitor arms, there are also 3, 4, 6, 8, and even 16 monitors to meet the needs of most customers in the market. We also provide customization services to design and improve according to customer needs. #Part 3 What installation method do you prefer? Is your desk suitable? Common monitor arm installation methods include: Clamp, Grommet, Wall Mount, and Desktop types. 1. Clamp Type: Clamp the monitor arm base at the edge of the desk, suitable for desks without obstacles at the edge, causing no damage to the desktop. Disadvantage: Has basic requirements for desktop thickness and material. 2. Grommet Type: After drilling a hole at any position on the desktop, fix the monitor arm from the bottom of the desktop. This is the most solid and flexible installation method. Disadvantage: Causes permanent damage to the desktop. 3. Wall Mount Type: After drilling holes on the wall, lock the base onto the wall, completely freeing up the desktop space originally occupied by the monitor base. Disadvantage: Causes permanent damage to the wall. 4. Desktop Type: Like the original stand provided by the monitor manufacturer, it can be placed directly on the desktop with the highest applicability. Disadvantage: Smaller adjustable range for the monitor and occupies more desktop space. -> Eastern Global has different styles of monitor arms. Basic installation methods are grommet and clamp. There are also partition, wall mount, and desktop types. Customers can choose suitable products based on usage methods (such as whether frequent monitor position adjustment is needed), desk specifications and dimensions.
